This data is processed to generate AI-powered summaries and create log notes as part of our automation services. We also collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, and usage patterns to maintain and improve our Services.

For self-hosted plans, your data remains in your own systems (such as SharePoint) and is not stored on our servers. For hosted data plans, we retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law or as specified in your service agreement.

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
